atmosphere: laid back with lots of seating. waiting is a normal part of eating at BCD. the waits can last anywhere from 0-15 minutes. the service is quick and efficient.
rating: 10 out of 10. food is cheap and filling. they make noo-leung-jee (scrapings of burnt/cooked rice from the hot pot and water mixed into a sort of mixture of water and rice) for you, which adds to the amount of food. you can make your tofu not spicy, spicy or very spicy. you're in and out in about 30-45 minutes (45 for slow eaters).
